Is there a way to create a KML of a pipeline with stationing ticks and labels along the line at specific distances?

Just some thoughts to test out:

DistanceChopper or LineDivider, this produces a line and point output

counter and lengthcalculator to get polyline length

Use an attributecreator for a new attribute, distance label using the length, then a KMLPropertySetter with content type = Text
