Is there a transformer that allows you to pass only a certain number of features?

Hi,

I have table with over 7000 records, and I only want to pass the top 10 or so for testing purposes.

I know that you can specify the number of records passed in the initial Reader, but is there a transformer that allows you to do this part-way through your FME workflow?

@aquamarine, has the transformer Sampler.
