Input data MicroStation GG format(DGN with MDB -Database). (line & Area with common geometry 2D or 3d as per the feature list) I need to identify the data where we have the common geometry or within 10CM tolerance of that lines with 2d or 3D snap.

I have a bunch of the data in MicroStation GG format(DGN with MDB -Database).In that data we have line & Area geometry type data. & with We have common geometry with another lines in 2D or 3d as per the feature list as project requirement.

Need to identify the vertex missing in the in the common geometry lines or areas,

if any line has 2d or 3d snap in the common geometry then this also need to identify,

If any line which is near to another line(within 10CM) this also need to identify.

Please suggest the possibilities of the transformers. I have tried Line on line overlay, convert the lines into points and used point of line overlay, neighbor finder option and more . . But I am not able to get the desired output. Thank you in advance for your support. .
