i want to use an attribute for z value in transformation to dwg

i tried using 3d enforcer to add the attribute value to elevation but the z value in the dwg comes out zero

That shouldn't happen. Did you by any chance set the "preserve existing z value" parameter in the 3DForcer to "yes"? If a feature already has a z value then the 3DForcer will not alter it if that parameter is set.

Are you using a DWG template that forces the output layer to be 2D?

Best approach is to add Inspector transformers to the workflow to check in the Data Inspector what is happening to the Z value.
