You might be interested in checking out our examples in the Tutorial: Microstation Transformations. These examples contain workspaces and sample data to explore as well as step-by-step instructions. The format documentation for the Bentley Microstation Reader/Writer will also be a really great resource to refer to for any specific elements you might be working on from cells to styling.
