is there a way to replicate sde. default database and store it in the folder? also for recurring backups or replication of the database would not be overwritten and saved into a different folder with a different name. Please let me know if I can accomplish this in FME.

Hi Sarah, I think you answered it with your username. FME can definitely do it. I would recommend configuring a dynamic workspace and including a date in the output folder, that way future backups won't overwrite previous backups.
