I don't have a dataset ready right now. I can try to find something but that will take a while. Maybe somebody else following this thread might have a dataset ready-to-use?

Found the origin of the triple vertex - it was a selfintersection combined with adjactent 3d polygons.

I checked with GeometryValidator and it also finds it.
