could i save inspector as file that i can open it anytime ,i want to show the result without running again the workspace,
if yes, what is the method

In the Inspector you can use the Save icon, on the top-left of the toolbar.
If you only intend to open the resulting data with the Inspector, I recommend using the native FFS format. Using other formats may introduce modifications due to format limitations.
