How to retrieve geometry of Smallworld internal objects?

Hi

I am reading Smallworld data which has internal and external objects. When reading external objects we don't have any problem and all are read properly. In case of internal objects, the geometry is not extracted by FME by reader.

Is there any way we can read smallworld internal objects in FME without Spatial Biz?
