how to polygonize 3d pointcloud roof?

I have pointcloud data for a group of buildings ( see screenshot).

I would like to convert the pointcloud into a 3d model which can be used in a CAD System. The rooftops need to be converted to extruded polygons. Could anyone briefly give some ideas regarding how to do this? I have already tested the model created here on the FME youtubne channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_HCkyrS3ukY) and got some pleasing results, but the model uses simple flat polygon geometries for the rooftops. I would like to somehow create sloped roofs derived from the pointcloud.

Any help would be much appreciated.
