How to extract outer 4 coordinate + Centre Point of that 4 coordinates (1 Point)

this is what i am using currently to extract the FACE of the Object not confident that its doing the right job.

Also to extract the coordinate this is my workflow after extracting Geometry Part

I request if anyone could help me to extract

1. 4 coordinates of this PLAT FACE
2. 1 centre point this PLAT FACE
3. 1 Gravity of entire CUBE or the object.

I have done it myself using different transformation BUT the output does not MATCH /correct and there is error of few cms in XYZ plane of each coordinates when i match with output from Python Scripting and also from results of GPS Total Survey .

I urge the FME experts from community to guide me through .
