How to do generalization according to scale

Hi,

 

i'm new here ..

 

 

I got problem to do generalize from 10k scale data to 25k & 50K scale.

 

Some of the generalize building will intersect with the generalize road,

 

I give the fme template sample, plz correct and guide me the right way to do the generalization.

 

Currently im using FME2013 to create the fme template sample.

    Some suggestions to try:

     

    According to your workspace you are threating Roads and Buildings by themselves. You should try to Generalize them together. Also you can try to use the Transformer Generalizer instead of the Amalgamator.  Not sure if the generaliser keeps the relationship between features, ie NO OVERLAPS between roads and buildings.
