I define the parameters of the TUREF_TM36 system, which is the national coordinate system of Turkey, and create an FME file. Then I throw the file I created into the documents/coordinate file. then I define it with tools/patch via workbenc but it doesn't read my file. what do you think i should do

Please check that the file was properly unzipped into the Documents\\FME folder. You should have the file CoordSys_20220210_222641.fme in your Documents\\FME\\CoordinateSystems folder, and the file Exception_20220210_222641.db in your Documents\\FME\\CoordinateSystemExceptions folder.

If the files I mentioned are in their appropriate folders, then the unzip was successful.
