How to convert DWF to DWG with all layers ?

Hi,

After converting the DWF to a DWG file, all layers were meshed into one. Also hatches are completely different from the original - hatches converted into singular lines. Is there any way through the Transformer Gallery sets to convert it to the most similar possible version and with all layer names?
