How do I georeference a set of lines in fme? I know how to geofence the raster. But without georeferencing the lines the overlay will not match up?

There are several options, but I would start by looking at the Affiner or the AffineWarper. Be sure to look at the manual for these transformers.

If the lines have come from your pointcloud as per the example you posted yesterday, they already contain the spatial information
