Hi there, I have got some data captured including pictures in arcgis online. I exported data in FileGDB format. When I extract FGDB using FME, I can see two separate files i.e. data and photographs. But apparently, there is no such link with which ,

You will have to follow this Q&A and look under Trent's comment, he has a workspace template which should be a good starting point. see template here attachment2fgdb.fmwt
You have to rebuild the relationship between attachments(photographs) and features
