Anyone have any idea why the Help button doesn't show up in transformers. Also, F1 button doesn't work. Everything related to help in this FME2013 installation seems disabled.
(I have an old FME2012 installation, and in that one, it's OK..)

I encountered similar situation in this summer. I requested the solution to my reseller, and their answer was: 1) Once uninstall FME and remove all related files, re-install FME. 2) If it's not effective, copy "register_translated_help.bat" to "[FME_HOME]/help" folder and run it to re-construct help database. The bat file was sent from the reseller, and in my case, the help system has recovered by running the bat file. Try re-installation first. If help would not recover after re-installation, I recommend you to contact your reseller or Safe.
