I need to use GeoTIFF Writer with compression method: Deflate.
There is no such option on the list. I'm not very familiar with rasters but it seems to be rather popular method.
Please help me with this problem.

If it's not in the list it's not (currently) supported by FME. You can make an idea out of it to see if Safe will take it into consideration.
