@asadamjad As @david_r mentions Generalizer if the place to start. But there is also SherbendGeneralizer and Curvefitter which more aimed at smoothing contours, but Curvefitter is also good for road edge cul de sacs

Have a look at the Generalizer, it has several different smoothing algorithms. I highly recommend reading through the help first to understand the differences.
