Can FME transform a file called .geo (its from an Topcon gps with Geopad software, Sweden)
I cant see it among supported filetypes (i cant uppload it either)

Yes, FME doesn`t support it. I had the same issue and ended up converting the points to .txt using Topcon Tools 8.2 free trial. Then I used fme.
