FMEObjects Worker has stopped working

Hello,

Recently updated FME 2015 to 2016 version. Whenever I open a dataset in Data Inspector the FMEObjects Worker error dialog opens up. The problem details are as below.

A few things to try when you get weird crashes like this:

  1. Reboot your pc
  2. If that doesn't work: Try running as local admin
  3. If that doesn't work: Re-install FME

That fixes most such problems, in my experience.

Hi @david_r Thanks for the suggestions but non of them worked. So as another option, I downgraded FME 2016 to build 16674 from build 16716. However, the problem still exists.

Did you try running FME with local admin privileges? How about trying to run FME on a different PC in the same network?

If nothing else works, consider contacting your FME reseller for support.
