FME Workbench Hub transformers list is empty

Hi,

We've FME Workbench installed on a Azure virtual desktop. It all works fine but there are nog FME Hub transformers in the list: 

Also, when browsing, the installation of a found transfomer from the hub gives an error: 

Is this a problem of the user not having the correct permissions or an URL that is not allowed or any other ideas? Thank you.

    My gut feeling would say it’s related to permissions and/or the FME Hub not being whitelisted.

    What about the default background maps, do they work?

    Hi! 

    It seems that you either have no outbound internet access from VM/session host or some Proxy/SSL/DNS issues that prohibit communication outwards to send/retrieve calls to/from FME Hub. 

    Good call by ​@redgeographics to check permission by enabling background maps and see if they show up.
