Hi @mayermart - After researching all of the FME Server config files and Tomcat propertiesFile.properties files,.. I could not find indication this is possible. Please create an Idea for the FME Community to vote on! If it garners enough votes, it will have a better chance of being implemented in a future version of FME Server.
Edit: The tm_priority by default is set to 100 (in the range of 1 - 200).
