Hi,
I am able to use iCloud as data provider in the FME AR app, but when I try to open the same file in Google Drive the file is greyed out.
Does anyone else have the same problem?
/Daniel

Hi @danielhamngren sorry I don't fully understand what you are trying to achieve. What file type are you trying to view in Google Drive? Do you know if that file type is supported in Google Drive?

Hi @daraghbroderick, sorry, I was not clear in my question. I try to open a fmear-file containing a 3D model in the FME AR app. In the app there is the possibility to open files stored on your phone, stored on iCloud Drive and stored on Google Drive.
I have the same file stored both on iCloud Drive and on Google Drive. In the FME AR app I can select and view the file stored on iCloud Drive but when I try to select the same one stored on Google Drive it is not possible to select it because it is greyed out.
Hi @danielhamngren, this unfortunately is a known issue. We have a bug report filed in our system about this problem and will fix it. I've added a note to the bug report - we will notify you as soon as the problem is fixed.
Meanwhile, you could open an .fmear file from Google Drive (rather than from FME AR app itself). In Google Drive, please select the file you would like to open and then Open in > Copy to FME AR.
Please let me know whether openning the file from Google Drive (and not directly from the FME AR app) seems to be a significant inconvenience. Your feedback will help me adjust the issue priority.

Thank you for your answer!
It is an inconvenience because it will affect a planned workflow where we would update the file on Google Drive and hopefully the updates would propagate to the file in FME AR without any user action.
