FME 2012 to Smallworld 420: setting checkpoints

When operating FME 2012 and SMW 420, there are new setting options. You can now pre-set alternative and checkpoint as a source of data in SMW. 

 

 

We encountered a problem when pre-set checkpoint is being ignored and disk version is used when running the translation. First it goes to the specified checkpoint but then, while running translation, it switches back to disk version. 

 

 

Does anyone have similar experience? Any ideas? 

 

 

When I generate new simple work space then it works fine...
