So I try to update my profile, but I continuesly encounter this problem:
Failed to load profile.
Since the report a bug only contains category issues about the software, I though I should post it here if anyone else is encountering the same problem.
So what can I do to fix this?

Due to the current authentication set up you will not be able to change your email or username but you should be able to change your password. If you would like to make a change to your username or email please send in a request either through Live Chat or the Report a Problem page and we can put those changes into effect for you. If you make a request please be sure to include your current details as well as the change you would like to make.
