Hi everybody. I hope everybody is having a great end of the year in preparation for the holidays. I am currently trying to extract block information from a CAD seed file. The CAD file is empty therefore I am having trouble extracting the information. Any ideas, suggestions are welcomed.

 Happy Holidays!!

Hi Gerardo,

I dont think it is possible to read the empty seed file with FME, I would try a third party application for that.

Happy holidays, Itay

Yeah,

I think you must open an empty dwg connect the seed, and save the (empty) dwg.

Then u should be able to extract block info  from it using fme.
