I'm trying to run a workbench on my MacOSx 10.13 using DateTimeNow function but I get this error :

AttributeCreator: Failed to load timezone data. Please visit http://www.safe.com/support
AttributeCreator: Failed to evaluate expression '@DateTimeNow()'.  Result is set to null.

It runs perfectly on Windows 7.

Do you know what could cause that? I've check into my options and my time zone is defined.

Hi @philippeb and @redgeographics. Unfortunately @philippeb you have encountered a known issue (PR# 80324) which has been resolved in FME 2017.1.2 builds 17714+ and FME 2018.0 builds 18204+. Would you be able to upgrade to either 2017.1.2 or 2018.0 to verify that the fix works for you?

FME 2017.1.2.1 is available from https://www.safe.com/support/support-resources/fme-downloads/archived/

FME 2018 is available from: https://www.safe.com/support/support-resources/fme-downloads/

How to install multiple versions of FME on the same machine: https://knowledge.safe.com/articles/796/installing-multiple-versions-of-fme.html

My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Kind regards,

Natalie

That's odd, I'm on OSX 10.12 and it works fine there.

Can you try a DateTimeStamper instead?

Yeah I tried a DateTimeStamper into a new blank workbench but this transformer is using the DateTimeNow function so it isn't changing anything.

I have FME 2017.1 btw. And you?

I kinda feared that it would use the same function. @NatalieAtSafe, could you get somebody to look at this please?
