Custom format of version 2017.x (32-bit) not working when saved with 2022.1 (64-bit) version. Enclosed the custom format of version 2017.x for your reference.

Please see the comments thread for the article Extracting a Schema Subset for Dynamic Schemas. This grayed-out Parameter behavior appears to be an issue associated with custom formats created or saved in FME 2022.x and has been reported internally.
