We use a custom coordinate system based on transverse Mercator centred on 147E and using mm units.
When reprojecting polygons to the west of the central meridian the polygon gets shifted out of the correct location. When the same polygon is chopped into vertices, the result is ok. Using the same CS definition using metres instead of millimetres works for both polygons and vertices.
Attached is a sample workbench with the coordinate system definitions and a sample object under test.
If anyone can suggest a solution it would be greatly appreciated.
