I'm using my drone to generate an aerial photo and the orthorectification software creates a KML file and geotiff in WGS84:EPSG4326 or EPSG:3857 projection. I'm trying to reproject this to Mapping Grid of Australia 1994 Zone 56 GDA94:56 and automatically create a mapinfo tab. I've tried creating an ECW file and a georeferrenced JPG but it is creating a JPG2000 file. I'm using mapinfo professional V8.5 so JPG and JGW work but not JPG2000.

I have tried creating an input reader and output reader with reprojection but it is not working.

Can someone please suggest a way to do the above?

There's 2 different writers in FME: the JPEG2000 one which you've found and also the regular JPEG one, that's the one you'll want to use. If you search for JPEG in the formats list it'll show up.
