Hi FME fans,

Can anyone tell me why FME thinks some coordinate systems are different when they should be the same? For exampe, I'm getting 4 different values for coordsys UTM84-40S - eg UTM84-40S_0, UTM84-40S_1, UTM84-40S_2, UTM84-40S_3.

Thanks,

Owen

The FME coordinate system library only shows UTM84-40S, could be that the others are being read from .prj files and FME assumes that the name being the same doesn't neccesarily mean they are in fact the same.

Thanks. I suspected it was doing something like that, it would be useful to know what the differences are. I suppose I would have to examine the prj files closer, although they should be the same!
