Hello @ikubra800​ , thanks for posting to the FME community. Yes, this should be possible to do with FME. If you're new to working with XML in FME, I recommend checking out Getting Started with XML and FME tutorial. Also, we have a getting started tutorial for databases too: Let the Databases Do the Work (particularly the writing example).
