I have a couple of annotation features. They have all the same attributes. But in the DWG file some text pieces are offset for no apparent reason at all.

I uploaded a mini FileGeodatabase and mini FME workbench to ftp://ftp.nrcan.gc.ca/ess/sgb_pub/gido/
