Hi Govardhan I'm afraid FME does not support MrSID writing.
If another compressed format such as ecw or jpg can be used then WebMapTiler transformer could likely help you create your zoom levels.

Hi,
if you really need to write MrSID files, consider the GeoExpress software from LizardTech, the creators of the MrSID format.
