Do you think I can install the latest FME Desktop version on the latest OSx (High Sierra 10.13)?

I'm running it right now. No problems with High Sierra / FME 2017.x / FME 2018.x.

I'll ask the team to update the website.

According to the official requirements FME Desktop is compatible up to and including 10.12 Sierra:

But I wouldn't be suprised if High Sierra works as well. If you try it out, let us know how it went.

The supported OS list at https://www.safe.com/fme/fme-desktop/tech-specs/ has now been updated to include OSX 10.13, as have the forthcoming specs for FME 2018.0.
