My submission of a case has been rejected and this message page appeared, even though I surely filled out all required fields and also the attached file size was very small. Could you please check if the system works fine?

We've tried this here and are not seeing the same problem. Can you send us a screenshot of the fields before you fill them in?

 

 

These are a few reasons why this could occur:

 

- Salesforce connection failed

- File cannot be encoded in base64

- Form input couldn’t be JSON encoded

 

 

Perhaps there were some Japanese characters in the filename?

I retried submitting the same case and was successful today. The reason is unknown but it seems to have been resolved.

There is a Japanese character in the description (red underline), and I thought that it could cause the issue, but uncertain. If the issue recurs, I'll report again.
