I am new with FME and I have been testing several GIS software to add elevation data to a GeoPackage. No luck so far and I was wondering if FME had the capabilities to do it.

Can we Add DTED2 (elevation data) to an OGC GeoPackage (tiles)? If yes, what is the work flow? Thanks.

Sadly the FME GeoPackage writer doesn't to the elevation profile yet. We're expecting this to get into FME 2020 betas by December. There is a chance to move that earlier if that would make a difference for your testing -- do let us know. In the meantime I've added this post to our issue that is tracking this work. Sorry for this delay.
