Can I georeferenced a CAD file by using a bounding box approach to "move" all of the features to specified coordinates in a specified coordinate system?

Yes you can affine the features and set a coordinate system with the affiner or affinewraper and the coordinate system setter

Hope this helps

Hi @spellm

if no 'warping' is required you can also use Offsetter and Scaler together with CoordinateSystemSetter.
