annotation to line attrbute

Hi,

i am new user of FME. i am traying to converst cad polyline annotation to shape polyline attribute by using pointonlineoverlayer line feature is converted but annotation (Point or attribute) is not exported only 0 value is show in shape line attribute. i put inspecture after pointonlineoverlayer and before write its work fine line and text show in inspecture. please advise a solution.

Did you define the TEXT attribute on the writer feature type?

And did you copy the fme_text_string to the TEXT attribute?

Looks like the overlayer is doing its job, but the output on the Shape file is not defined.

yes i dis. Pleas can you make a workbench for cad line with annotation to shape file with attribute thanks

If you go to FME Workbench and create a new workspace, you will find installed templates.

The highlighted template will help with CAD to GIS conversion.
