Adding a grid shift file in 2018

Hi I am trying to add a grid shift file in workbench 2018.

I have followed the steps listed in this page:

https://docs.safe.com/fme/html/FME_Desktop_Documentation/FME_Workbench/CoordSys/grid_files_adding.htm

However there is no option to add a new file.

Any help would be much appreciated.

@danilo_fme

I want to transform from WGS84 to ETRS89, this isn't listed under the current coordinate transformations so I cant select edit.

Am I able to add a completely new datum transformation?

Hi @kirstywall,

If the grid you want to add is not for one of the standard transformations, you can define a custom transformation to make use of that grid. This custom transformation will be available in the CsmapReprojector anytime you choose coordinate systems using the source and target datums.

To create the custom transformation, please follow the instructions on the following page, using the GRID_INTERP method in the transformation.
