3D TopologyBuilder - is there a better solution

I'd like to use the TopologyBuilder but had some troubles to get it work with 3D lines.

We want to consider the elevation when computing the topology so that:

  1. nodes are only produced were lines intersect in 3D
  2. output nodes are also 3D

Attached workspace is my first attempt (that works) but I'm curious if theres a better solution out there.

    I spoke to a colleague regarding this and they believe the way you currently have it is as about as good as it can be done.

     

    You may want to consider upvoting this suggestion on the ideas page. Also feel free to share this as a new Idea (i.e. support - 2.5D topology) as other users will likely show their support for this suggestion!
