Upload workspace from Form to flow not authorized

Hello,

 

We recently updated FME-flow to 2025.2.4. Shortly after we’re not able to publish workspaces from FME-form (2025.2) to Flow with the message ‘User is not authorized.’ while I use a superuser account. 

I cannot find something related in the User Management section on FME-form. Or might it also be something related on the server it is installed?

If someone has tips or knows more about this issue that would be greatly appreciated.

    Could be 2 things, off the top of my head:

    • The user has to have the Publish-privilege on the repository
    • Every user has to have at least Access to Version Control, even if you do not use it. That one has caught us out as well. 

    I’d check those two things first...

    It also might be worth checking what is happening in the system events on FME flow when you’re trying to publish
