I have a FME workbench, so i have to use it within my organization and i want to restrict it to outsiders based on domain name or in any possible way.
how can i do this ?

You can't really do that (other than normal network security of course, but there's better forums for that).
One option would be to set a password on the workspace, so that it can only be viewed / edited by people who have that password (people without the password can still run it though).
