Hi,

I would like to ask if there is a way to share webconnections to group of users with partial permission (ie only access permission) not full permission.

the issue with full permission that the shared users can be able to delete web connections I shared.

I have to tried to take off their manager and create permission but still wont be able to let them do not remove the share connection.

We are looking for a way can do partial permission setting up.

Thank you very much. 😁

It looks like this capability was added in 2025.

Prior to FME Flow 2025 you are only able to block users access to the Connections in the UI (all the connections). Users could still use the connection in a workspace but we're unable to see or modify any connections in the FME Flow UI.

Thank you virtualcitymatt, we are using 2024.2 FME Flow at moment. hopefully our architect can upgrade to 2025 soonish.

Thanks again. 😀
