[FME form en Flow 2025.2.3] Publish to FME Flow error user is not authorized online with sharepoint connector webservice

Question

Like the title says, whenever I try to publish a workspace with a sharepoint connector webservice to fme flow, I get below message. I have no problem writing to the same repository if I don't have sharepoint connector webservice in my workspace. Moreover I have no problem using the sharepoint connector webservice local on my fme form. Does anyone might have ideas why I get this error when trying to publish the sharepoint connector webservice to fme flow?

Hi there, I assume you are trying to publish the SharePointOnlineConnector packaged transformer to Flow, when you publish the workspace. From what you say you have permission to publish to the repository.

Are you using a System User, AD/LDAP user, or SAML user in Flow. Lets assume system user.

Users need to be mapped to Roles
Users assigned to Roles
Roles need to have permissions to Connection = “Create”
- you can even go further than create and set other permissions like Manage
Role Permissions
Under manage, expand and check you have Run and/or Write permissions ticked
