Hi, I am new user in FME. I have build a workspace that informs as in the drawing below, if the farm is illegible or eligible, based on some socio-environmental criteria of my country. In this table must be updated daily, what only changes in it is if the farm is eligible or ineligible in the status field. Here I need to make a simple update. Look belowThe problem is that this is not the only table I need to update, I need to also update another table, which describes in more detail the reason for the Inegibility or eligibility. However I have to be very careful with the code so I do not qualify the wrong farm.  The table that I show below, is the second table and notice that the field analyze_code is equal to the code of the first table. How can I do to update the first table according to the code that already exists and then use the code of the first one to update the criteria of the second table using the FME?Can you help me? Hi,The "Data Inspector" does not starting automatically anymore then "Connect Inspector" in FME Workbench ver FME(R) 2018.0.1.1 (20180615 - Build 18312 - WIN64).I have tried to uninstall and then install again... It is working if I click on "Enable Feature Caching" and then click on the "Click to inspect cached features". Then the Data inspector launches and is viewing the features. FME ver 2017 worked fine on my computer...And the inspector is not disabled and the job ended with "Translation was SUCCESSFUL".Best regards,Jonas

I'm trying to merge different raster features to one image using the overlap value option in the RasterMosaicker. My end goal is to merge these images based on how the look in RGB. The order of the layers is done using the sorter just before the merge. Using the transparency is key because you need to see the different layers when there is "a NoData pixel"The problem i'm facing now is that the NoData values differs with each raster or even that some rasters do not even have a NoData value (even do it should). For the last situation i want to translate the raster a bit so the can be used for a NoData value of 255. By visual inspection i could see that that only the withe (r=0,g=0,b=0)colour needs to be replaced with transparency.My first step is converting all 255 values in RED8, GREEN8 and BLUE8 to 254 so 255 is freed. For the next step i would like to do covert only the RED8, GREEN8 and BLUE8 values of a pixel that all three have the 0 value to 255. I tried using the RasterCellValueRe

Hello, The below translation aims to take regional address points and regional buildings layers and extract a certain study area based on a buildings polygon. I then try to use another spatial filter to link the address points to the buildings polygon it is located within. However I am struggling to find a way of saying 'IF address point is within polygon then take the property address and apply it to a new attribute in the building polygon'. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to link this together?

I have created schedules / tasks in Windows Task Scheduler and specified for them to 'Run whether user is logged on or not'. They run without issue in FME Workbench, or if I set the schedule / task to 'Run only when user is logged on'. I have couple workbenches processing bulk updates each night of which the point data is in NAD and the users would like the eastings/northings for the relevant state plane added as attributes.I created this transformer attached where I flow in the lat/lons, aggregate them based on the rounded coordinate to run the next transformer in a grouped by parallel processing which intersects with state plane polygons and then does the project to E/N before converting back to NAD.It's still slow - anyone have any ideas how to speed this up or do it differently?

So I've asked this question of the FME server team, but I'm hoping someone has a work-around I can try. I want to specify, I don't want to use a table with locations, I don't want to use python to map to the right location either. Maybe there isn't a way to do what I want.So I have some workspaces that run nightly. I want to test them on desktop as well as our development fme server. There's a production fme server as well.For .sde connections: I created a folder (sdeConnections) on the E drive of each of the server environment and the connection files go in there. on desktop, I am mapping E:\\ to a network shared location. The E drive on desktop and the dev server both have connections to development databases. fme workspace authors will use these connections to test their workspaces. I am having a problem lately with DB connection issues. I tried looking for cases related to "QSConnectionLostConnection" but this seems to be undocumented. There's 2 scenarios where this issue occurs. I'm not sure if they're related but they share some commonalities:They seem to only occurr on the secondary server host, "alttrans02".They occur at different points of the translation.The problem is gone when re-running the translation. 1. Reading from DB: Please refer to job_20627 and job_21289 logs.These end in failure but under FME Server console, it's still "running" and I have to manually cancel them. If the job is still "running" and I rerun the translation, the second job also fails at the same spot in the translation and ends up in the same "running" status.I only have server logs for the second job - please see ALTTRANS01_fmeserver_2018-09-27_064438.2. Why the aggregated feature is "OGC Simple Compliant"?First CREATOR generates a box POLYGON(0 0 10 0 10 10 8 10 0 10 0 0) and the second one a triangle (POLYGON(0 10 5 13 8 10 0 10)). I have been using the HTMLReportGenerator for a while and it has come to my attention that the JavaScript framework that it is based on has been updated a number of times. Is there an ETA for when FME will incorporate these updates into its model? The version that FME uses right now is 1.0.2, and the current version is 2.7.2, as of the 28th of Aug, 2018. It has changed so much, that I cannot even use the string transformers to pull the data variable to use on my own charts without major restructuring. Does anybody know if this will be updated soon?
