The attached dataset. I can read it by FME Data Inspector. But I can't add the XML reader into main canvas
I want to know if any reader can I used for it

Hi @viviancfhung,
Please use the OGC GML (Geography Markup Language) reader. In the reader Parameters, set the Application Schema location to the accompanying .xsd file.

That is a more generic XML file. Please try the XSD-Driven XML reader:
