Question

Clipper

Forum|alt.badge.img+5

basically what i. want is that the outer polygon should be a doughnut-like shape, currently, its area is also covering the higher value qpf polygon inside (darker colours)

it should have multiple polygons, just none that overlap

the shp file needs to be clipped by itselfimage

Hi @asadamjad, have you had a look at the DonutBuilder? It'll split your geometry into two donuts and a polygon, so you'll want to check that your destination format supports this geometry.

Are you able to clarify what you mean by it being overlapping? Can you share any screenshots on what you're seeing and what you are looking for ideally as a result?

I'm not too sure why the resulting count differs at the moment as I'm not sure what your dataset looks like. If you have a sample dataset you can share, I or another community user might be able to take a closer look.
