Any solution for FME Workbench crashing?

I'm finding FME crashing every time I try to start it.

Checked in the application event log and I can see an error reported ...

I would start with re-installing your current version.

If that does not work, I'd try upgrading to the latest version: http://www.safe.com/support/support-resources/fme-downloads/

Another thing to check is whether or not your machine meets the minimum system requirements.

Did you have an older version of FME on this machine before? Did that work ok?

Yeap, looks to be the cause

Checked on the Dell site, as the laptop is a Latitude E5530, and I've got the latest version of the Intel driver, so unless there is a fix to Qt, I'm not running Workbench :-(
